I can confirm that The National Archives does not hold the information you have requested.

We have interpreted your request as relating to UK Royal Commissions and defined as:

‘ad hoc investigatory or advisory committees, established by Government initiative…and without statutory powers to compel the attendance of witnesses or the production of documents…’

This definition is taken from the House of Commons Library Standard Note SN/PC/02599 Investigatory Inquiries and the Inquiries Act 2005 (November 2016), which lists inquiries which have been, or are being, held under the Inquiries Act 2005.
