The Historic Collections contain the collections of the Balliol College Archives and the Manuscripts and Special Collections

  • They are open by appointment to researchers in premises at St Cross Church, Manor Road
  • All collections are held at St Cross Church and no longer in the College Library on the Broad Street site
  • Disabled access: available by prior arrangement
  • Access requirements: Members of the University of Oxford or other universities should bring your University Card. Other readers should bring valid photo ID. You do not need a Bodleian Libraries card
  • Research service: non fee-based service available
