NB These low postage item rates only apply to orders of small, low weight items such as online vouchers as indicated in the item description. The standard postage rates as shown in the first table above will apply for combined orders of low postage items and any other products.
Orders for UK delivery are normally dispatched within 2 - 3 working days and delivered
within a further 2 - 5 working days. For Christmas 2009 we recommend placing orders by Saturday 19th December for delivery before Christmas.
For European addresses, we find that delivery normally takes between 7 - 14 days
following dispatch and between 10 - 20 days to the Rest of the World. For Christmas 2009 we recommend placing orders as follows: Western Europe – Thursday 10th December; USA & Canada – Wednesday 9th December; Rest of World – Thursday 3rd December.
Books published by The National Archives are now dispatched by our distributor: Grantham Book Services.
Items from other publishers are sent out from our Bookshop at The National Archives,
Kew.
You may therefore receive your order in two parcels, however there will only be
one charge for postage.
