The National Archives offers staff various benefits, including pension, childcare vouchers (taxed at source), sports and social club facilities, on site gym and a subsidised staff restaurant. It also offers an interest free season ticket loan up to £1,000 or bicycle loan up to £5,000 that is then deducted from salaries. Due to the nature of these benefits it is not possible to place a specific value on the total amount paid/given to staff.
