     - We do not have a Payroll software solution but have a managed service contract with Logica UK

2/ - The date the contract was signed with Computacenter for the HR software solution was 11 November 2010                                      
    - The date the contract was signed with Logica UK for the Payroll managed service was 1 October 2012

3/ - The length of the contract with Computacenter for the HR software solution is three years
    - The length of the contract with Logica for the Payroll managed service is seven years

4/ - The renewal date for the HR software solution is 10 November 2013
    - The renewal date for the payroll managed service is 30 September 2019

5/ - The current annual support charge for the HR software solution is £7,019 per year
    - There are no annual support charges for the current Payroll managed service
