IFTS complaints procedure

Under the Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2015, in force from 18 July 2015, new complaints about re-use will be the responsibility of the Information Commissioner’s Office. Transitional provisions are in place for any complaints unresolved by 17 July 2015.
