Resignation of Lord Lambton and Lord Jellicoe: reference to Security Commission.

The big scandal in 1973 involved two Government Ministers, Lord Lambton and Lord Jellicoe. The News of the World had evidence that Lord Lambton had been with two call girls and smoked cannabis. In the aftermath Lord Jellicoe admitted that he had also been with prostitutes. Both Ministers resigned.
