RMCAS is a three-part tool that maps capacity levels to the infrastructure and systems needed to deliver effective records management, regardless of the format in which records are created and held. It comprises:
- A data gathering element
- A diagnostic model
- A database of capacity building resources (guidance materials, training modules, strategic planning tools) that you can manage and use through a simple software application.
