Telephony (including mobiles) is currently under review. This piece of work is in its early stages with potential for plans at the end of this calendar year.

The contract expired in February 2015, and we have ‘rolled’ it until we have plans in place and are in a position to go out to tender.

The National Archives also holds a mobile services contract with Orange UK Limited. This contract is for a SMS Text Business Continuity Service which is to be used in the event of a disaster. The annual spend is currently £48
