2. Accommodation at TNA used exclusively or predominately for the Friends that is not rented, hired or otherwise paid for in cash by the Friends for those specific purposes.
3. Cost to TNA of bookshop concessions to Friends members.

For the purpose of this request, we have answered your individual questions based on a full year (2017).
1. TNA officer time spent on Friends-related matters
One officer spent the following recorded time on Friends-related matters:
Attending meetings with the Chairman FTNA – 10 x 1 hour
Attending FTNA Council meetings – 5 x 2 hours
Writing a TNA update for the FTNA Council meetings – 5 x 1 hour
Attending FTNA Council AGM – 1 x 2.5 hours
Total: 27.5 hours
One officer spent the following recorded time on Friends-related matters:
Attending meetings with the Chairman FTNA – 10 x 1 hour
Attending FTNA Council meetings – 7 x 2hrs
Total: 24 hours
One officer spent the following recorded time on Friends-related matters:
Attending meetings with the Vice-Chairman FTNA – 6 x 1 hour
Attending FTNA Council meetings – 1 x 2 hours
Total: 8 hours
One officer spent the following recorded time on Friends-related matters:
Attending meetings with the Vice-Chairman FTNA – 6 x 1 hour

Friends of The National Archives receive exclusive use of the Friends’ lounge. The Friends Council have access to one desk space.

The total cost of bookshop concessions to Friends of The National Archives in 2017 was £2,723.97.
