Using the Twitter hashtag #GreatArchiveBakeOff, Cambridgeshire Archives tested historic recipes from their own collections and encouraged other archive services to do the same.

Oxford Brookes University acquired 21 sketchbooks by Evelyn Dunbar, the UK’s only salaried female Second World War artist. Stored in an outhouse for 60 years, the sketchbooks have been rescued and conserved, with digitisation planned.

Suffolk Archives’ project ‘Pride in Suffolk’s Past’ shared hidden stories of LGBTQ+ people through escape rooms, performances, workshops, family activities and an exhibition. They also collected lived experiences of the county’s LGBTQ+ community today.
