How to access Manage Your Collections
There are two ways to log into Manage Your Collections once your account is activated;
- Go directly to http://manage-collections.nationalarchives.gov.uk
- Go to http://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/ and sign in. Click on ‘Your account’ and then ‘Manage Collection’s to access your collections dashboard.
If you login via the first method, your login details will be your Discovery login credentials.
Upon logging in you are greeted by the collections dashboard; if your archive had data in the legacy A2A system, you will see these collections listed here.
Access to more than one archive
Archivists who manage collections from more than one ARCHON code will need to sign up for each archive individually, with a different email address. It is possible for an archive to have multiple accounts attached to it; however, it is not possible for an account to be added to more than one archive.
